Although I think the arena is somewhat cavernous, the club boxes are always awesome. You can purchase club box seats on the secondary ticket market, you don't have to "know someone". Box 11, row 4 were my seats most recently for a Toronto Raptors game. It's best feature aside from being private is that you're neither too close or too far away from the court. The club boxes actually feel like the lower level seats but just a little higher up.
Remember to bring cash to tip your waiter and concierge!
