Some of the worst seats in the arena but perfect for the fans that want to check out the Wolves for next to nothing. We bought two tickets for $20 which is an excellent bargain for any professional sports event. On the down side, we were also watching them play the Washington Wizards.
The steps leading up to our seats were at a steep incline so beware. The seats are also a little on the cramped side. Not much room for your knees and no drink holders, either but if the fan turnout is low that night, you should have no problems stretching out and sitting wherever you want on the upper deck. I saw many sections up there that didn't even have an usher guarding it. The jumbo tron is super nice, though and does a get job at keeping fans involved and up to date.
Whenever we drive into Minneapolis, we stay at either the Hyatt Regency or the Marriott City Center. Super nice hotels! But if you want to go all out, check out the Graves 601.

You'll have your share of pubs and restaurants to choose from before games too. Cosmo's, Hubert's Sports Bar, 508, Cowboy Jack's, Pizza La Vista and the Sevin Steakhouse on Hennepin are all great. Tons to do in Minneapolis' Warehouse District!

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 206, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Timberwolves/LA Lakers game at the Target Center.
