To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 324, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Heat/La Clippers game at American Airlines Arena.

324 is located on the upper level sideline, center court. One of the best sections in the arena, you can't go wrong here.
You do have quiet a trek to bathrooms and concessions and the line can be long for those at times.
Rows are pretty steep, try and get in the lower rows. Seats aren't too comfortable either. Go with lover level tickets at american airlines arena.
Also, try the BBQ Pork nachos.
