To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 207, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Lakers/New York Knicks game at the Staples Center.

Small section on the mid level, behind the basketball goal. View of the court is pretty average. Premier sections on the 2nd level are much better places to sit.
Tons of extra amenities.
Eat downtown before you enter the arena. Concession prices are outrageous. Of course, you already knew that.
