To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 304, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Clippers/Dallas Mavericks game at the Staples Center.

I'm a Golden State Warriors fan originally from the Bay Area but now transplanted into enemy territory. The Warriors usually play at the Staples Center four or five times per season between playing the Lakers or Clippers and I try to go to every game.
304 was my seat for the game last april vs. the Clippers. Not the most ideal place to sit and they weren't seats to brag about but as long as I'm in the building, I'm happy.
There were a lot of fans in my row. Having the aisle seat can get annoying because the rows are so small you'll be required to stand up to let others out. There is always that one fan in each row that gets up 5 or 10 times per game and comes back with a $10 beer every single time.

Everyone kind of knows what to expect from upper level seats, they're usually only worried about steps and ticket price. The upper levels are great for Kings games, if you take the time to go to at least one Kings game, I promise you'll be hooked.

The Staples Center is one of the most accessible venues there is. Either by cab, metro, car or walking from area hotels. The best hotels to stay in are either going to be the JW Marriott or the Ritz Carlton down the street. A lot of teams will stay at either of those two hotels while in LA.
The best parking lots are lots 6-8 along Figueroa.
