218 wasn't bad at all although I was skeptical going into the game that I would enjoy them (row 12, seat 15). The seats are cramped together a bit but if you want total comfort, you need to buy lower level seats. The rows are pretty narrow so whenever you may need to go to the restroom, every fan in the row will have to stand. You see this in almost every stadium and arena, though.
We were on the opposite side of the arena as the team benches so we could see the players well at all times. Any section to the left of this section is less than stellar since those seats are in the upper level corner. 218 has an almost perfect view from the side. Best of all, the stairs aren't too steep either.
Attendance has been strong since the warriors have caught fire with Steph Curry and Klay Thompsen as one of the league's best tandems so I wouldn't count on having the ability to buy a nosebleed seat and sneaking into expensive seats. Plus, ushers have really cracked down on a lot of that, too.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 218, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Warriors game at Oracle Arena. (Shot at halftime).
