These seats were great. Just to the right of the Wizards bench and many of the seats will sit right on the center line. You aren't guaranteed access to this section if you don't have a ticket for section 119. The doors open an hour and a half before the game and the ushers that I've encountered have been polite but still take their jobs way too seriously and won't let fans get near the court, even during shootarounds.
If you've never had "Pizza Patron", give it a try. They had pepproni, sausage pizza, cheese sticks. You'll find one of their many stands just outside of your seats in this section. Bathrooms are also close but lines tend to be long most of the night.
Best way to get to these seats quickly and dodge the crowds is to enter through the East entrance. Upon entering, look straight ahead and you'll see the entry to section 119. You can't miss it.
To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 119, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Mavericks/Portland Trail Blazers game at American Airlines Center.

Somehow I was able to tag along with a friend who had tickets here for last season's Lakers game.
Had a blast. The closer the better.
