To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 223, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bobcats/Phoenix Suns game.

Time Warner only has two levels to it so you're bound to have decent views of the court from essentially any seat. The backboard makes the endzone seats tricky when it comes to sight lines.
The lower the better. The upper levels have just as many rows as the lower level of this arena which I think is silly. Who enjoys climbing 20+ rows to find their seat?
I have sat in many of the sections at this arena and you will enjoy almost every seat.
