To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 1, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Nets/Chicago Bulls game at the Barclays Center.
Sat courtside for the UK vs. Maryland game. Seats were obviously some of the best in the house. The only thing is Seat 10 has a tad bit of obstruction to the corner on the other side of the nearest basket.
Sat here for the Kentucky - Maryland game during the Barclays Center classic. Great game though I plan to travel back to the city this season to take in my first Nets game. Loved this arena! Brand new and shiny and will probably give off that feel for years to come! Kudos to whoever had the biggest hand in constructing the seating at the barclays center. It gives some excellent sight lines, especially from this section. We were in row 12, seat 6 and that's high up enough to see the opposite side of the floor really well. A lot of people knock end zone seating and while the view isn't as good as seats along the sides, we could follow the basketball very easily from this seat. The Nets bench was to our immediate left. I don't plan to sit on the upper level for a game but I would imagine that those seats aren't all that bad considering the comfort and smallness of the arena. Definitely sit aside a lot of money for the concessions though. If you plan on seeing an event here, you're going to have to open up your wallet some.
