No complaints. 214 is still in the lower bowl so you can see the court quiet well. Seats offered plenty of comfort and each seat had it's own cup holder. The 200s are very small sections so there won't be a ton of traffic in your row if you're someone with an overactive bladder. Concessions and bathrooms are everywhere. Philips Arena is one of the most modern and cleanest NBA arenas out there. Take it from someone that has been to almost half of them league wide.

Most importantly, section 214 and most of the arena has very affordable seats; kudos to the Hawks organization for keeping the games very family friendly and family affordable.

214 is not a club section, which is what you usually expect when you sit on the second/elevated level of a professional sports arena. Oddly enough, the club seats are all on one side of the arena in Atlanta.
You will enjoy these seats if you only want a decent view of the game. If you're like me and prefer being close to the court, you won't enjoy these seats.
Overall, it was a small section. If you don't like big crowds with loud fans, stick with the 2oos at Philips Arena.
