Had these seats on Saturday May 2nd for a Braves game, it was a sold out game if I'm not mistaken. Bought these seats from a scalper on N Street which I would recommend against completely. Could follow the baseball very well but the speed of the game seems much slower when you sit a little higher up.

This is the 10th MLB ballpark I've seen a game in and I would say it's in my top 6. It's nice and clean and wide open but still missing something that would make this place extraordinary. I know they don't have a ton of history as the Nationals were inherited from Montreal but maybe a home run feature or two would be cool. What really makes a ballpark is history and this place is practically brand new.
If you want to get a taste of Washington's local eats, you can get some of Ben's Chili Bowl and Hard Times Cafe.
A few years ago, Navy Yard Metro was one of the last places you would want to be during the evening, but that's all changing thanks to the development spurred by the ballpark. Hopefully more hotels will pop up over time and grow the surrounding area even more.
