Sat here on Saturday April 7th for the Yankees game. It was Opening Weekend so the stadium was packed, plus, Yankees fans storm into this place whenever they're in Tampa. Heck, even Derek Jeter lives in Tampa during the offseason.
322 is about as bad as it gets. We were in the far right corner of the ballpark and couldn't see much of the infield but the atmosphere was great. My biggest gripe was the fact that the seats are angled straight forward at the out field. I spent the entire game looking left towards home plate which can become uncomfortable, especially considering that they weren't too generous in making the seats wide. No cup holders either.

This section will be empty for 80% of Rays games so hopefully you will never have to encounter it.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 322, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rays/New York Yankees game at Tropicana Field.
