To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 150, here are two Youtube videos shot from there during Rays games at Tropicana Field.

150 is right next to the tank with the cownose Rays that you've probably seen on television. There are about 10-12 of them swimming around and you have to wait in line to see them up close. You can touch them, costs $5 to feed them and the line is usually long and full of kids but your kids will love it.
Now, to the seats. I've heard that in the later rows, the tank can obstruct the view of the field but I didn't sit up high enough to notice. I was in row W, about 4 rows up. It's a slim section with few seats to a row and the outfield wall wasn't very high at all. Would definitely sit here again because I could see everything in the outfield very well. Center field was much more exciting when BJ Upton was playing out there but he is long gone.

Section 150 is an outfield section in right center field next to the batter's eye view. Very affordable section to sit in, especially when the team isn't doing so well. Great view of BJ Upton and a great place to catch a home run ball.
Rows are lettered T thru Z and then AA thru KK. My only gripe is that the jumbo screen is behind you and you have to keep turning your head to see it. Very annoying. Other than that, great place to sit for a Rays game.
