Be careful. We had a bad experience. In the playoffs, our seats were Row 1. They put temporary risers in the aisle way below us and then put another row of temporary seating in. Not only did we have difficulty seeing but since the aisle was now half as big, it was constantly congested with people. Very frustrating. We heard that MLB makes Busch stadium do this. Not sure but be careful on the front rows of sections 162, 163 and a few more. If the risers weren't there, there would still be traffic but it wouldn't block the view so much.

Sat here for a Cardinals game last season toward the end of the year vs. the Giants - row 21. Our seat comfort gets an A. The angle each seat has was what really made our seats great, though. I've been to a few stadiums where each seat faces straight forward causing fans to look in either direction to see the infield but not here.
The new Busch Stadium is huge and has a more diverse seating layout than it's predecessor so do some research before purchasing your tickets! You'll be safe in 162 if you're willing to pay the money necessary to sit here ($50+). For some games, the prices will take a considerable jump, especially during an inter-league series vs. the lowly KC Royals.
One thing a lot of fans probably don't know about Busch Stadium is that you can re-enter the ballpark at any time as long as you have your hand stamped from the security staff. Just ask an usher/security staff member how to get this done.
I wouldn't recommend driving to Busch stadium to park but if you do, try to park in the Stadium East or Stadium West garages. The Stadium west garage is on Broadway and the East garage is on 8th.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 162, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium.
