A few observations from the Mariners vs. Minnesota Twins game we went to, sat in row 12, seats 4 and 5.
-Could see the downtown skyline extremely well from those seats. -Great sight lines - very easy to follow the game. -Section is located behind the dugout the Mariners use. -Every seat has a cup holder. -Row 4 is the first row, row 41 is the last row if I'm not mistaken. -Tickets are usually priced between $25-$60 for every main level seat, getting more expensive the closer you sit to home plate. -You can find tickets on the street for $10 from scalpers although I hate dealing with those guys and then you can move to better seats. Also, not recommended but fans do it anyways.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 121, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Mariners/Tampa Bay Rays game at Safeco Field.
