This is one of the best seats in the ballpark. You enter in the Field Club gate, which is the fastest entry point in the stadium. For reference, this is across the street from Momos Restaurant.

You have immediate decisions to make: which vendor do I want to get delicious food from? Do I want a beer or a mixed drink? There are tvs everywhere in this food area.

You walk past many bathroom options including a wide handicapped bathroom, men's, and a woman's bathroom directly under the section. There are numerous beer carts that serve ice-cold beers to bring into the section.

Once inside you have waiter service and the best view of the stadium, home plate, the pitcher, the huge baseball mitt in left field, scoreboard, and the visiting team.

The seats are first base extended and the views are amazing.

108 is one of the best seats in the ballpark if you can afford them. From sitting in this area in the past, I know the tickets generally run anywhere between $40-$100 a piece on the secondary market.
We were just a few sections away from the visiting team's dugout because the Giants actually have their dugout on the third base line. So if you're a visiting team's fan, this is where you will want to stand during batting practice to get an autograph. I would recommend these seats to anyone that has the disposable income to come to this ballpark and sit here. No bad seats in 108.
