These seats were behind home plate on the Terrace Level but closer to the third base side. Had a nice clear view of the main scoreboard which is important because you will find yourself referring to it for everything. At times, it felt like we should have been watching the game on our own big TV in our living room rather than shelling out big money for mediocore seats. But it's the fellow fans, the crowd, the smell of the hot dogs that makes the trip to the ballpark a memorable one.
I liked these seats but it's hard to love them sitting so far from the action. With three levels of seats, the views are great. But Citizens Bank Park has four levels of seats so they put the nosebleed fans way up in the Heavens. Section 422 is still the 2nd best section on the Terrace Level.

There are more than 20 seats in each row so shoot for the seats on the aisles if you know which seats those are. We were in seats 10 and 11 and those are kind of in the middle of the row which made it a pain trying to leave our seats for refreshments/bathroo m breaks.

The food was standard- $35 for 2 Cokes, chicken fingers & fries, and a hot dog and fries for my girlfriend. Bull's BBQ in Ashburn Alley is phenomenal and is ran by a former Phillies player. I remember when that place was served out of a tent. You'll love the brick design of this place. It's not exactly a baseball cathedral just yet but just give it time.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 422, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
