Most of the plaza reserved sections are broke up into two parts; rows 1-7 and then the second part is rows 8-15. The first part is definitely where you want to be if you want to be able to see most of the outfield. You won't be able to see some of the home run balls or balls hit at the wall so you'll either have to rely on the fan reaction or pay attention to both jumbo trons. These seats are more ideal for football games; for A's games they're less than stellar. Of course, "less than stellar" sums up O.co to a T.
The seats are the typical "push down" plastic type -all are colored green . Even the bleachers aren't really bleachers, not sure why they're called bleachers.
The food definitely doesn't have the quality of a Major League Ballpark, either. Try the garlic fries here and then go to a Giants game across the Bay and try their garlic fries and report back.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 247, here is a Youtube video shot from there before an A's game at O.co Coliseum.
