Sitting anywhere close the infield suits me for A's games and 110 is just past the first base area so I definitely will never have any gripes no matter which seat you sit in. Anything past row 20 is going to be less expensive, this is how they use to distinguish the pricing of the MVP Box seats and the regular MVP seats. If you want autographs from the visiting team, 110 is a perfect place to stand during batting practice because it's really close to their dugout. The A's dugout is along the third base side. My son managed to meet a few of the Tampa Bay Rays players last season when we sat here. The ushers are usually pretty laid back about the autograph process but don't be surprised if they try to intervene at some point.
Sadly, the ballpark doesn't quiet measure up to section 110. It's dark and cavernous in the concourses and they get jam packed if the the ballpark is even 3/4 full.

One cool thing that you see at The O is that fans are allowed to tailgate in the parking lots before games. Lots A thru D and the Malibu Lot are the largest although there are a number of small surface lots on the property as well. A lot of fans though since they come from all over the Bay Area to see the A's, take the BART and AMTRAK and the AC transit also have stops at the Coliseum is well. If you want to tailgate, the only thing that they ask is that you aren't allowed to bring beer kegs onto the property.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 110, here is a Youtube video shot from row 7 during an A's/New York Yankees game at O.co Coliseum.
