I bought my tickets for these seats off of Stubhub like I always do (row 2, seat 7); saw the Twins play the Kansas City Royals on June 30th. It was a double header that day and we stuck around for both games, sitting in the upper deck for the 2nd game. It was a longggg day of baseball but I loved it. No better way to spend a Saturday in my eyes.

They called our section 'The Overlook'. It's a good spot although our view of the left field side was average at best. The right field walls are very high which makes the view even better in my opinion. The downtown buildings are behind you which sucks that you can't see them while also watching the game. You have to sit behind home plate or on the third base side for that.
These seats also attract a lot of wind, almost like thru a tunnel. It's the design of the outfield seats that makes it that way. Outdoor baseball in Minnesota isn't as bad as what people thought it would be. Cold games in April and the end of September but everything else in between is just perfect.

Also, just outside of this section, you'll find Target Plaza. A neat little interactive area where you'll find statues of former Twins greats and a wide open walking area with plenty of areas to sit. An ideal meeting place for fans in the ballpark.
Go Twins!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 136, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Twins/Philadelphia Phillies game at Target Field.
