Sat here last June for a game vs. the Padres. Pretty boring matchup but it was a Saturday and we were in the third row of the bleachers; had a blast to say the least. Very few seats in the third row. You can't see the infield too well from these bottom bleachers. The loge bleachers (2nd level bleachers) are much better in my opinion because they sit right over the field.
For the money, you can't beat the bleachers. They have the best fan atmosphere and visiting fans are usually pretty welcome out there. Don't quote me on that. If you're a Cubs fan, expect a little harassing...just a heads up.

Don't know where fans get that Miller Park is way out in the country; it's next to major highways and is 5 minutes from downtown. The only thing the city needs is a light rail to take fans to the game from downtown hotels. A lot of the downtown bars like Steny's Tavern and Brat Haus have shuttles that will take fans to Miller Park for games; that's what we always do.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 102, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Brewers/Cleveland Indians game at Miller Park.
