Great view. These are the center-most seats on the vista level, right behind the catcher. You can still hear the pop of the catcher's mitt and the upper level at Marlins Park is nothing like upper level at Dodger Stadium.
You won't be able to sit here unless it's a game vs. a prime opponent like the Phillies or Yankees though because the organization has announced they plan to close off the vista level for Marlins games during the week. This way, they save money on staffing the place because it's obvious that even with a new stadium, the demand for this team just isn't there. In fact, it's probably only a matter of time before another city acquires the Marlins.
Also, remember that when you find your seats on the vista level, you walk down to your seats rather than up.
