I'm a huge Giants fan living in Southern California so I usually make it to two Giants games each season when they invade Dodger Stadium. The tickets for that series are always through the roof so I can usually only afford to sit on the view level at the top. The Top Deck are the best seats on the View Level in my opinion because most of the Top Deck seats sit behind home plate with a very intimate view of the infield. Top Deck 11, row H were my seats for the Giants game for the Saturday game last September when we spanked the Dodgers 19-3. I loved the win but that big of a win puts Giants fans in a possibly dangerous situation with the walk back to the car. Not even kidding, even with more security, there are still plenty of Dodgers fans that don't know how to act and go out of their way to make visiting fans feel uncomfortable.
Anyway, section 11 had no obstructions, the only pain in the a** is getting to your view level seats from the parking lot. The only escalators in the stadium service the field, club and loge levels. The steps leading up to each seat are also steep but there were maybe only 15 rows so there shouldn't be too many steps to climb on the way to your seats.

What I really hate is not being able to access the lower level for the concessions or to see more of the ballpark. Wherever your ticket's location is, that's where you stay at Dodger Stadium. Same goes for the fans sitting in the bleachers....they are confined to that area the entire game. I also don't like how you can't see any of the field from the concourse. The concourses are completely cavernous and enclosed.
Also keep in mind that if you're on a budget, you can ride the Dodger Stadium Express Bus from Union Station for free and fans are also allowed to bring their own food into the stadium as long as it's sealed properly.
