Went to a Royals/White sox game a bought two seats for row E, seats 3 and 4. It cost us a total of $30 for two tickets so I couldn't complain at all. Great section to sit in if you want to get out of the house and see a Major League Baseball game on the cheap. You can even bring in your food from home. If you're visiting KC for the first time, pay a visit to Arthur Bryant's or Gates and bring your food with you through the main gate at Gate C.
The seats themselves are all colored blue. Sometimes they're dirty and look un-kept but then again, this place has been home of the Royals since the 1970s. It's one of the oldest MLB ballparks. 416 is very small in stature so it doesn't consist of many rows to sort through. You shouldn't have any trouble finding where your seats are but more than likely, the usher will show you anyway upon arriving.

We took the tour of the ballpark before the game which includes a stroll through the Royals Hall of Fame so that's the best way to kill two birds with one stone. Tours of Kauffman are $15 for adults.
One thing I really like about Kauffman is the fact that they have really fun events and giveaways to get fans into the stadium. Almost every week, there is something offered whether it be a free bobblehead of one of the Royals players, a t shirt, or random memorabilia item.
They also offer discount nights like college night, which offers really cheap tickets for anyone with a college ID. Fireworks Fridays are every Friday during the summer months. I think the most popular promotion is $1 hot dog night, sodas are $1 as well. Hot dogs for every other game are often $5 which is ridiculous.
