A few things to know about Section 101
-Right next to the grassy patch underneath the giant scoreboard in center field.
-Couldn't see the scoreboard all that well since we were almost directly underneath it.
-Sitting here will put you near the fountains which makes it a very cool and damp-like area to sit for hot day games but the fountains will be to your back and you won't be able to admire them during the game while still looking at the field.
-101 is now called the "Sonic Slam Seats". If a Royals player hits a home run into these seats, fans with a ticket in this area will receive a free slush at any area Sonic after the game. Don't worry, they probably don't give out too many slushies annually the way this team performs.

101 is perhaps one of the most beautiful sections a royals fan could sit in at this ballpark. You have the fountains all around you. You can see the entire field of play and tons of home runs fly in this area. You are directly behind the center fielder which is neat if you like seeing great athletes like Granderson, Rios and Hamilton when they come to town.

Only six rows in this section (A thru F). Very close to bathrooms and concessions. This ballpark looks great after the renovations. My only gripe about section 101 is the King Scoreboard is so high to your left and you can't see anything. Other than that, you will not regret sitting here one bit and can find tickets for as low as $25 in this section.
