538 is cool but not cool in terms of your viewing experience. It's the very last section in the upper deck so you can see a lot of the activity on the outside of the ballpark as well as what's going on in the rooftops from up there. It overlooks Sheffield Avenue which is always bumping before games with fans in the street, street vendors, etc.

The quickest way to get t0 538 is to enter through Gate d and then take the stairs up. Getting thru security and finding your seats can be a 20-30 minute process so get to the ballpark in time even though Wrigley is known for it's fans that straggle in and out throughout the game.
