These are great seats located in the terrace area along the first baseline. The Padres dugout was in plain view, don't forget that the Cubs are one of the few franchises that actually have their dugout on the third base side.
We were almost entirely covered by the second level overhang which was cool because it was an overcast day and we were expecting rain. It drizzled a little bit but the game was never halted. We had quick access to the concourse area - try the 'Bison Dog' if you can find a location that offers it, I know it's only on the bottom level.

Unlike U.S. Cellular Field, you can actually walk up to the upper deck and vice versa. What that means is that fans from the upper level will often try to sneak down to the lower level, I hate that when I have great seats but I myself have been guilty of it in the past.
There is a lot of history here. As soon as I leave, I'm looking on my calendar to decide when I'm coming back, of course I'm thankful that I'm able to check out the White Sox across town when the Cubs are out of town. It's a nice ballpark as well.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 231, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cubs/Arizona Diamondbacks game at Wrigley Field.
