Wow! What great seats! My husband and I were in row A (the third row), when the Detroit Tigers were last in town. We were just a few feet from the Red Sox batter's box which is where the next batters warm up before stepping to the plate. Also, just feet from the Red Sox dugout too.
There was some protective netting but it's there to protect you from foul balls chipped off of the bat. No obstructions whatsoever. Be prepared to open up the good ole wallet big time for these seats but it's completely worth it.
