The Sacramento Kings recently unveiled a fan rewards program called the ‘Royalty Pass’. The Royalty Pass will provide Sacramento Kings season ticket holders with discounts on food and soft drinks at the Golden 1 Center. In honor of the Sacramento Kings’ 35th season in Sacramento, season ticket holders will receive 35% off of Local Eats stands throughout the Golden 1 Center in 2020.

Kings season ticket holders can access the Royalty Pass via Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, or the Sacramento Kings/Golden 1 Center app. The Royalty Pass will allow the Sacramento Kings to become more familiar with their fans' buying habits while at the Golden 1 Center. Season ticket holders that regularly purchase nachos and a Coke may receive a free order of both at an upcoming Kings home game. Royalty Pass will also provide fans with access to ticket upgrades and surprise game day promotions at the Golden 1 Center. The Sacramento Kings organization have vowed not to sell their fans' data to third parties.

The Royalty Pass is powered by LAVA, and is the first such rewards program for season ticket holders in the NBA.
