Took my wife and two kids to a Caaliers - Portland Trail Blazers game, a game I wanted to see since the Trail Blazers only come to town maybe once a year or every two years. We sat in row 13 which was definitely in the last half of the section. When you sit this high up, the only thing included in your ticket price is the view of the court. After sitting here and having to run the kids to the bathroom numerous times up and down the steps and them not really being able to follow the game, I probably wouldn't recommend taking kids to the upper levels. I think many fans do so because it's cheap and they have big families and the kids will always want food from the concessions but it's not a good choice. If anything, choose a seat in the corner of the lower level, that's usually where you can find the cheapest lower level seats. Funny, how the price tag on Cavs tickets hasn't dropped much since Lebron's departure.
