Great place to sit but not nearly as intimate as the lower bowl seating.
We were right on the center court line. Jumbo tron is right in front of these seats complete with stats and replays to keep you in tune with what's going on.
Just outside of our seats was a Za Georgio's Pizza. Slices are $5 which is crazy but you've got to try at least one slice once if you've never been to "The Q".

226 is part of "Loudville". A designated area of the arena where the loudest fans are known to sit. It wasn't all that loud that night but then again, the Cavs weren't giving the fans much to cheer about. They lost to the Toronto Raptors by 14.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 226, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Cavaliers game at Quicken Loans Arena.

Good seats and really as good as you can do on the upper level of the Q. Love coming to games here. I was able to find some great bargains on our seats in row 7 for the Raptors game last season on Ebay, an underrated market for Cavs tickets.
I could see everything and most importantly, I could still hear a lot of the chatter down on the court until the fans start booing and shouting at the refs, etc. If your eye sight is above average, you can still see who each player is, especially if you watch the NBA with any regularity. Now when the Lakers are in town, the price tag on these seats go sky high. Still waiting on my chance to see the Lakers in Cleveland though I have seen Lebron more times than I can count in this building.

Other than seat selection, it would be wise to take the transit to the Tower City Station. It's cheap, you don't have to worry about limiting your alcohol consumption and can walk indoors the entire time thru the Gateway walkway which is ideal for games in the winter.
