Target Center Seating Chart, Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Target Center, home of the Minnesota Timberwolves, has never been an NBA arena that dominates the national headlines like the Staples Center or Madison Square Garden. In fact, the arena is slowly becoming one of the older arenas in the league after first debuting in 1990. However, after a $140M renovation, the Target Center has been transformed into one of the most modern arenas in the NBA. When you factor in the Target Center’s location in the popular Warehouse and Northloop District of Minneapolis, you’ve got an exciting evening in store when you take in a Timberwolves home game. Our staff wanted to provide a thorough breakdown of the Target Center seating chart to help basketball fans decide where to sit before purchasing their Minnesota Timberwolves tickets.

Where To Sit At The Target Center

The Target Center is one of the easiest arenas to navigate in the NBA with only two core seating levels; a lower level and an upper level. Basketball fans can enter the Target Center at street level or use a skyway system and enter on the upper level. After the arena’s $140M renovation, the Minnesota Timberwolves organization improved the arena’s premium seating offerings with areas like Club TI, Grant Thornton Chairman’s Club, and the TCL Theater Boxes (see below). We’ll begin by discussing the lower level seats closest to the court.

The lower level seats at the Target Center consist of sections 101 through 138. The rows at the Target Center are organized in an extremely unorthodox manner. Please refer to their 3d seating chart at 3ddigitalvenue.com

As a general rule, the numbered rows will always come before the lettered rows if you’re browsing for tickets on websites like StubHub or Ticketmaster. Row Z will be the highest row in the lower level sections at the Target Center.

The Minnesota Timberwolves’ bench is located in front of section 132. The visiting team uses the bench in front of section 130. The visiting team’s tunnel at the Target Center is located in front of section 121. The Minnesota Timberwolves’ tunnel is located in front of section 101.
