I've purchased tickets for all kinds of events in and around the Chicago area from Gold Coast Tickets. They're the number one ticket dealer in the city; haven't had one issue whatsoever in all the years that I've been dealing with them. They list a lot of their tickets on Stubhub and you'll end up paying more for them on there so you're better off purchasing tickets directly from Gold Coast's website because they charge NO FEES!
They strategically put smaller satellite offices of theirs near the stadiums so fans can have quick access to pick up their tickets.

Have used Gold Coast tickets many times to see all of the Chicago sports teams. They have offices near Wrigley Field, US Cellular Field and the United Center so no matter who you're seeing, you can buy from them and pick your tickets up FOR FREE on the way to the game. Cheaper than having the tickets shipped to you. Their customer service is excellent, sometimes they have parking passes for Bears game for sale, I hear. They also don't tack on those little silly service charges once you get to checkout.
You also don't have to live in Chicago. They carry tickets for every pro team of the four major leagues. I think Blackhawks tickets are cheaper through Gold Coast than through Stubhub.
