Outside of section 116 is the Bad Juan Margarita Bar. The perfect place to go for a mixed drink if you don't want to pay $10 for an overpriced domestic beer. They pour heavy. The Between the Pipes area is also very cool.
As for the seats, you're staring directly at both of the team's benches from center ice. How bad could they be? Hahaha. Expect to pay a premium for these seats though; $100+ per ticket on most nights.

My tickets for the lightning-devils game I attended were in row D. Rows are A-W in this section. One of the best sections at the forum. You are not behind the team benches but are close to all of the action on the ice. Not a lot of collisions like there are in the corners of the rink.
Tickets are pricey but you get what you pay for.
