This is an awesome section almost exactly behind the net. They call these 'Blue Chip' seats, which is just a way for them to designate a price list for certain areas of the arena. You can get these seats for $50 per ticket on most nights which isn't so bad when you consider how expensive it is to attend an NHL hockey game.

Seats had plenty of space for my legs and elbows; they're push-down seats and are colored blue. It's in a prime area for physical play along the ends of the boards and near the corner of the ice so make sure you bring your camera to film the fights.
The single lettered rows come first and they began with row A, obviously. After row W, the rows go from AA thru KK. That's a lot of rows but most of the seats are focused on the bottom level at Scottrade Center so the sight lines are pretty good from the relatively small upper arena.

If you've never been to a Blues game, you're missing out. They're an old franchise that was part of the 'Second Six', check them out!

To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 121, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Blues/LA Kings game at the Scottrade Center.
