213 is on the top level, the mezzanine level. Best seats you could buy on the top level because you are at center-ice. Can see everything that goes on. Not close to any of the action but tickets are extremely affordable, often in the $20-$25 neighborhood. Gives fans a chance to see the Flyers in person.
