You kind of have to go by the crowd's reaction. I've sat on the lower levels for a number of hockey games at the Centre Bell and I can tell you that those tickets are worth the investment because the lower level experience is completely different than that of the top levels. The lower level allows you to get up close and personal and learn just what the NHL is all about.
