To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 325, here is a Youtube video shot from there during team introductions at American Airlines Center.

325 sat parallel to the blue line. We were only one section away from the center line and were on the same side of the ice that the Stars shoot twice on. The view was great although I wouldn't recommend sitting any higher than row E in 325 or any other section in the top deck. The front of the section is always much better.

My girlfriend bought the tickets for row C. I was impressed and couldn't really complain although every hockey fan prefers sitting close to the glass.

It's hard for this arena to get loud because the ceilings are so high in this place. You don't want low ceilings. Believe it or not, seat widths actually vary from seat to seat; larger folks may find it to tough fit in their assigned seat, but the adjacent seat might be 2 or 3 inches wider. Sight lines are generally good as long as everyone stays seated and doesn't move around. If the puck is moving, you don't need to be moving.
