To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 213, here is a Youtube video shot from row F during the national anthem at a Blue Jackets playoff game.

213 is a huge section in what is called the upper bowl. I sat in row h, seat 4 for a game last season against the Predators. Seats are awfully high up for a team that doesn't give you a whole lot to cheer for. Tickets are dirt cheap for the upper level at Nationwide arena, much better places to sit for not a whole lot of money.
NHL games are still a blast, no matter what city you're in and who is playing.
