You're directly behind the goalie in section 109. Aside from seats at mid-ice, behind the goalie offers one of the best views in this arena in my opinion.
I'm a lifelong Blue Jackets fan, I have sat all over this arena and I can say that this is one of the best sections to sit in. The rows are lettered A thru Z. I prefer to sit in row M-S. Closer to the concessions and bathrooms and can see the entire rink.
