All seats at the Pepsi Center are fairly decent and the staff is generally pretty helpful in helping you find them.
When I sat in 328, I was at the Avalanche-Stars game last November in the long home stand the team had. What sucked was that we could see two sides of the scoreboard for replays which was annoying because the view of both sides was rather poor. The seats do sit a steep incline but I think all upper level seats in every venue are this way. These seats weren't terrible but don't listen when someone tells you that there isn't a bad seat in the house.

The food choices at the arena could be better, not a lot of healthy options that some of the sporting venues are including these days. For the avalanche games, the Pepsi Center only opens an hour (you may want to double check that) before start time. I have arrived before at an early time with the intention to eat and not spend a bunch of money on concessions, only to have to wait for the doors to open.
