To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 108, here is a Youtube video shot from row 3 during a Flames/Red Wings game.

Great seats that are almost center ice but not quiet. Rows 1 and 2 will get your parallel with the team bench and you will be able to see right into it.
I love that the lower level sections are extremely small because it means that essentially every seat is a great seat.
The only seats I would avoid at the Saddledome are the 300s. They don't have any obstructions but because of the roofing, it requires you to look straight down at the ice.
