Went to a Steelers game vs. the Cincinnati Bengals and we were in row F. In some ways, row F was the first row in this section because rows A to E sit down in front in front of the walkway. The walkway was what I didn't like about these seats, there were fans constantly walking around, even during the game so it was a bit distracting if you're a people watcher like myself. You likely won't even notice this in the later rows of 529 but in row F, you will. But at least in row F we had practically no steps to climb so it was all good.
Although we were far from the playing field and in the upper corner, I really couldn't complain about the view. High up enough to see all of the plays form before they even took place and we even had a great view of a portion of the Pittsburgh skyline. PNC Park down the street has a much better view of the downtown skyline. You'll even be able to see parts of the river from these seats.

Other than that, it's easy to get to 529 but it takes a good bit of walking; enough to lose that buzz you built up from the tailgate. Take Gate A near the open ended end zone area and go left upon entering. You'll see the round-about ramp area and you can either take the escalators or the ramp to the upper level. Any stadium usher will gladly show you your way if you get lost, so don't hesitate to ask.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 529, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Steelers/Green Bay Packers game at Heinz Field.
