To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 223, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a college football game at Heinz Field.

223 will give you nothing but wonderful experiences. The view is flawless, though directly behind the field goal post. There are no obstructions; 223 is elevated perfectly above the 100 level endzone seats. 223 is not a club section; those can be found on the 200 level sidelines and are a bit overrated if you ask me.

I will warn, when I sat here for the Ravens game, row G, I had trouble seeing the plays in the back portion of the endzone because there were so many fans standing in the 100s but nothing you can do it about there.

The only downside to these seats aside from the ticket price is that it's hard to judge the depth of the field when the ball travels toward the opposite endzone. You have no idea how close or how far the team is from scoring.
