The club seats at Sun Life don't offer as good of a view as they COULD because they aren't atop a 2nd seating tier but rather, they sit behind the 100 level seats. I've had them for Marlins games too back when baseball was played here (don't miss those days).
Really, the only benefits club ticket holders get is the wide padded seats and indoor club access. All of the extra amenities are given to club season ticket holders so if you're not a season ticket holder, you're out of luck. DO not underestimate the importance of having indoor club access because I've been to plenty of Dolphin games in past seasons where the temperatures are in the high 80s/low 90s and it feels good to get indoors and cool off while grabbing a beer and checking out other games on the tvs. The only perk they need to add is waiter service for club ticket holders. Not that concession lines are long here causing fans to miss the game but it would be nice if they offered that service for fans for as much as we're asked to pay for club tickets.
Another thing I don't like is how they make fans grab a re-entry pass before leaving the club area. Almost just like getting your hand stamped, really but they must have been having issues with fans sneaking into the club area.
Overall, this is a nice stadium that is slowly but surely beginning to show it's age. I can't believe the college football ranks consider this place to be such a gem. But it does have a lot of history and has hosted it's fair share of Super Bowls in the past. But still, I would love to see the Dolphins play in a stadium in downtown Miami with more bars and restaurants in it's vicinity.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 254, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Dolphins/Philadelphi a Eagles game at Sun Life Stadium.
