For seats that were beside the end zone, I was pleasantly surprised with the view we had although skeptical at first. Any seat along the sidelines of the stadium seem to be worth sitting in. The end zones are where the view is kind of lacking, that doesn't just apply to Everbank Field. Some fans like the end zones.
The rows were assigned using letters beginning with row A. The double lettered rows sit to the back but the view is still good from those seats.
These seats are really close to Gate 2. There are 4 gates total, one in each corner of the stadium. Navigation is very easy since there are only two levels of seats. The 200s all sit a little further back than the 100s so most of the stadium's capacity are focused on the bottom.

The fans in our section didn't cause any trouble. There is plenty of drinking around but everyone seemed very well behaved and didn't turn on the Jags when they trailed early.
You're now allowed to bring your own food into the stadium if it's in a clear plastic bag. We didn't bring ours but plan to this upcoming season to save money. Perfect for the fans already tailgating that cook up food.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 115, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Jaguars/Buffalo Bills game at Everbank Field.
