Have been to a few Jaguars games as recently as a few weeks ago for the Dolphins preseason game. I've sat in 123 more than once, nothing too special about it, I just so happened to end up with tickets there thanks to one of the scalpers on the street. View is generally pretty good unless your seat ends up being behind either upright since the entire section is in the middle of the endzone. This is the North endzone.
There is a video board in each endzone but you can only see the one in the opposite endzone unless you turn around in your seat. The screens aren't very big at all and are littered with advertisements. They would probably upgrade them if fans would actually sell this place out on a regular basis. I don't know how many games have been blacked out these last two or three seasons but it's been a lot.
The breezeways gets crowded at times before the game which I think is why they print the recommended entry gate on your ticket.
I hate how they cover the upper corners of this place with tarps, it downgrades the franchise to the Oakland A's level(Major League Baseball). The funnest part of the day always seems to be the tailgating in the parking lots. Jaguars fans do it up right and I would encourage all fans to tailgate since there is virtually nothing in the vicinity of the stadium. Tailgate Bar and Grill has some affordable food and a good gathering on game day if you're not tailgating.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 123, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Jaguars/Houston Texans game at Everbank Field. (Shot at Halftime).
