To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 229, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jaguars game at Everbank Field.

I took the family to Everbank Field on 12/13/2009 for the Miami Dolphins game vs. the Jaguars. Great experience watching both Florida teams battle it out. Thanks to the ticket stub from the game, I know that we sat in row Z, seats 3-6; who remembers that stuff?

After Stubhub fees and everything, I think we were looking at over $400 for the experience. NFL games are expensive for families, that's for sure.
We were in the far corner of the stadium; not the best place to sit. It was impossible to look at the field and see where the ball was placed. We had to keep referring to the scoreboards for the replays and stats and at that point, why not just watch the game at home on your t.v for free?
The fans in our area were very friendly and cordial to the Dolphins fans, there were a ton of them. Everbank is a nice stadium but it doesn't seal in the crowd noise very well because it's open aired and not enclosed. I think Jacksonville residents are just waiting for a breakout year before they start coming to games again with the frequency of the Mark Brunell days.
