Section 403 was in the upper corner of the stadium. It's pretty much a defunct section because they keep it covered with a tarp. You'll notice on Stubhub that they don't offer tickets for the upper corners for Jaguars games at Everbank Field. It's been that way for the last few years, prior to 2005, fans were able to sit up there.

Even the upper level seats near midfield, 409-411, run for $50 per ticket which is a real bargain for an NFL game. You have no reason to sit anywhere else on the upper level unless you're flat broke and in that case, you should be watching the game at home.
