Seat view from section 124 at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts

It's tough to be descriptive about end zone seats because they're all pretty much the same. Most of the seats in this section sat on the out of bounds line facing the Visitor's sideline. The Colts were playing the Minnesota Vikings that day, it was the first home game of the season. Being able to see the plays near the North end zone was especially challenging but we made do. If you're able to sit in rows 1-4 in section 124, you will be the closest seats to the field in the entire south end zone because there were no "field suites" in front of this section. The field suites were just a waste of space and make this place look less aesthetic if you ask me. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary when it comes to leg and elbow room because these seats are just like the seats at Bankers Life Fieldhouse or any other large sports venue.
You'll love this place when the roof and main window are open though which it is on the occasion, especially at the beginning of the season when the weather is warm. Even though it looks like a classic old factory or fieldhouse from the outside, it has all of the modern amenities you would expect from a new NFL stadium. It also handles large crowds really well for a venue that's so small. It's also within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants, hotels, etc. Tin Roof and Ike & Jonesy's are two cool spots that have more of a sports bar atmosphere if you're interested in a visit.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 124, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Colts/New York Giants game at Lucas Oil Stadium.
